How will I see my album design?

I use a company called Album Exposure for album proofing. You will be able to review your album directly from home while sitting in your pjs.

How many album revisions do I receive?

You are gifted two free album revisions. Any revision beyond this will be 75.00 per revision.

What happens if we order the album and I have already approved the design?

Once an album design has been approved and the album has been submitted for production, no requests can be made. You will need to purchase/redesign another album. 

How long do I have to approve my album design?

You may take as long as you like, but please note that any albums not approved after three months will incur a 150.00 holding fee for every month the design is not approved. The sooner you approve the design, the sooner you will receive your album.

How many images will be in my album?

For wedding albums, you may have up to 150 images. For boudoir albums, you may have up to 50 images. Additional images are 25$ per image. 

How many spreads will my album have?

Your wedding album can have up to 20 spreads (50 pages). Your boudoir album can have up to 10 spreads (30 pages). Additional spreads are 100$ per spread.

How long does it take to receive my album?

Please allow up to ten weeks upon album design approval to receive your album. 

What images go into my album?

I will submit images from the ‘favorites’ gallery that I have created on your PASS gallery and will include any ‘must have’ and formal shots selected and favorited by you.

What if I want to select the photos for my album?

Unfortunately, this is not an option. Not only does this prolong the process (usually YEARS) – but the album design will not fully tell your story. Trust me on this. 

Why should I get my album through you?

I would like to cancel my album order, do you offer refunds?

Once the album process has begun, no refunds will be given for any monies paid.  

How will I receive my album?

All albums are shipped directly to me for final inspection and will then be shipped directly to you.
